Hi – I’m new to this… Just loaded & tried to crop my first photo (standard size) using the crop tool. However, I could not get the rectangle of the cropping tool big enough to cover the area that I want to keep (approx 2/3 of the photo). I tried this several times by attempting to resize the cropping box from the corners/sides with no luck. The cropping box seems to not want to go beyond a pre-determined maximum size. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated…Thanks! 🙂 Pat K

Patkirsch,

In the Options bar above the workarea (with Crop Tool selected) select the "Clear" option. If you desire, you may also type in exact dimensions for your crop in the provided boxes above the workarea.
