Problems with my crop tool

When i use the croptool, i can’t drag it completely sideways. Dragging it up or down is no problem. It used to work normal but not any more.

has it something to do with properties??

Problem is normally caused by inadvertently leaving width, height and resolution values from a previous "set" crop in the options bar at the top of your screen. Clicking the "clear" button on the bar should resolve this problem.
