hi, am a bit of a novice at this so sorry if im not clear. something recently changed on my photoshop.
when i goto the quick mmasking tool and i highlight a particular area, and then i go to the standard mode. then i try to delete that particular area or move it, but the entire area selected does not delete or move. only like 50% of it is deleted or moved. you can still see the faint image underneat it. dont know why this happens. as of yesterday, it was deleting the entire section or moving the entire section selected. steps i took, but no results: double clicked on the quick masking button, and made the opacity %100, but to no effect.

can anyone help?

thanks,
brian

First try deleting your PS preferences. If that doesn’t work, make sure feathering of your selection (with whatever tool you used) is set to 0%
