Open a dicom file in photoshop on an apple running os 10.3?

I need to be able to open a dicom file in photoshop on a mac running 10.3 system. I want to upgrade at work, but need a plug-in or something. The current system is running 9. and the pulg-in was from a share ware. Is there another one out there????
