When I open a JPG or other photo files they open in all red tone colors. I cannot figure out how to open them so they look normal. The photos are great quality in other software views????????????? Any suggestions??

Max,

There are a couple of things you can do to relieve this.

First, you should run the Adobe Gamma utility. Depending on your platform and OS, there are a few places it might be located.

Second, the IgnoreEXIF utility (which you can download from Adobe) may help.

If you are using mac os X, you should run the calibration in system prefs>displays instead of adobe gamma.
