I’m having this same problem. Imageready stores what layer or rollover state you were using last time you were in imageready. So when you exit on a rollover state you are escentially only changing the rollover state in photoshop. So if you make changes and then create a new slice set, that rollover is missing, and Imageready does not recognize your changes except for the new layers. We need to figure out a way to reset the normal state in Imageready to match photoshop.

After two grueling hours of trying to come up with a solution to this, this is what I came up with. If you create a layer comp in photoshop of your current state that you want in Imageready and then go into imageready and load the layer comp, everything should work. The layer comp tab is in the top right next to the browse, in case any of you don’t know where it is. To avoid this problem in the future, you should always have the normal state selected in Imageready when you exit back to photoshop.
