Cannot Save for Web

Everything you just stated is the same for me. Cannot save .jpg files with save for web. I get the same error. I have made sure the images are in RGB mode.

What gives?

Are you talking about deleting the prefs? If so, that’s one of the first things I did.

OK, I just didn’t look at the FAQ’s thouroughly enough. Just deleted HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Save For Web 3.0 and now everything’s fine.
