Hallo,

when I want to open a RAW-File (Nikon-NEF), then I CAN’T save this picture in JPEG.

Please help me.

When you open the NEF it should then take you to the Editor where you can save in any format you want. But you’ll have to go to Editor to do it. You can’t do it in the RAW screen.

also be sure you have downloaded and installed the very latest RAW converter from www.adobe.com it was recently updated in the past two weeks.

And,

you also need to ensure that it is only converted to 8 bits per channel, as jpeg can not handle 16 bits per channel.
