not sure what you mean….a ‘font’ is usually a scalable b/w component and then styles are applied to the font itself. Visit the
Adobe Xchange website under photoshop styles and see if that is what you are looking for.

If you are looking for a particular font, post in alt.binaries.fonts

The Photoshop WOW Book for both PS6 and PS7 has a CD with it that contains several preset "Styles" that will give you a neon text effect. The CD also has some pretty decent actions as well.
