I am not able to pull pictures from the web into Photoshop. I used to be able to just right click on picture then "save picture as" and bmp. and just enter it as My Pictures or on C drive and they would be there for me when I opened Photoshop.
For some reason, this procedure no longer works.
Now when I go thru the same procedure and I hit File > open and open a picture, I get one of the following 2 messages:
"…could not open C documents because the file-format cannot parse the file."
"Could not open because reading differential JPEG files is not implemented."
And for the record… I am not using these pictures in any way that violates any copyright laws or anything like that. I am saving photos of products on websites for possible purchasing by Purchasing Dept. Any idea as to how I can once again easily save these picture files?
