I have made a design in Photo shop 5 that I want to use on a business card. The card program has a light blue background with a fade. I want to use the design without the surrounding white or solid colour box but seem unable to cut out the design & save it as a JPEG or BMP that the Card Program can load. Similarly there seems no way to achieve the goal using a transparency command.

Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Regards
Roy

The only program I know of that will honor the transparency is InDesign. You’ll have to duplicate that blue in Photoshop, save as TIFF and place that in your program.
