I’ve had an Intuos 2 4×5 tablet sitting on the shelf, and I finally got around to installing it on a computer that already had Photoshop CS installed on it. I’m just wondering if Photoshop detects the tablet on startup and configures itself accordingly, or are there some settings that I need to manually change to take full advantage of the tablet? Also, are there any settings in the Wacom Control Panel that should be tweaked?
The bundled software that came with the tablet included a Photoshop brush set, but the brush engine in CS seems so comprehensive, I’m not sure if the Wacom brushes are really needed. Maybe I’ll give those a try later.
