I want to make a border that will make an inserted picture look like it is a 35mm slide. The frame would be the carboard mounting of the slide. I recall seeing a site on how to do this but I cannot remember where I saw it. Anybody have any ideas? Thanks in advance.

I have a nice PSD file of a slide in which you can place your image that I can send if you want.

Scan a slide and use it as a template. Delete the inside and save it.

And it’s easiest if you use a slide with an old piece of exposed (black) film in. Makes the deletion really easy.
