Is there a filter or pattern that will create a stamp with serrated edges?

CB, here is one way to do it. Chose a round brush with hard border and about size 9. Open the brushes palette and click on brush tip shape words at the top of the palette. On the right near the bottom change the spacing to about 145. Now place a path around the image you want to notch and choose a foreground color that will match the background. Once you have the path made, click on the paths palette tab and then on the small triangle in the upper right hand corner. From the drop down menu select stroke and brush and you should have a perforated image.
