FEMA FAILS HISPANICS IN CENTRAL FLORIDA

Two Hispanics contact FEMA due to the hurricanes that struck central Florida.
Both families suffered damages. FEMA determined that neither family would (not could) be helped.

Seems to me that these families are Americans. As much American as any

family who suffered damages. Billions of dollars are being given to FEMA

FEMA has a system for qualification. This is a disaster. Are you kidding
