For what it’s worth, I’ve done a bunch of research before posting this question yet I still need help. The good thing is that I know where to go for such help. I’ve read some archives of your group and you seem to be very helpful.
I have PS 7.0 and would like to take a head and put it in the place of an existing head on a magazine cover. I’ve recently seen it done and I think it would be fun to do myself. I have no experience whatsoever with PS.
In my research I found a post back in the late 90s that gave a step by step for PS 5 and I was hoping someone here could do the same for me in PS 7.0.
My concerns are this: The act of selection can be done in a variety of ways, I know. I can’t get a clean selection, including stray hairs and the background of the head I want to transpose is not simple like a sky, etc. I know no jargon, so please consider the fact that I can be lost even at the simplest juncture.
TIA
(From step one, please.)
