I have just upgraded to Adobe Photoshop CS (8.0.) Generally, I think it has some nice features, although there are some issues that need fixing.
The first bug(?) I’ve noticed is that "Automate" isn’t always available from the File Browser. I have several folders full of jpegs, all of which I can do batch automates on, except for one. When I’m in this folder, all "automate" options are grayed out (as if I were in an empty folder.)
I can still do batch automation on this folder the old way, through File -> Automate
Can anyone think of a reason why all automate functions would be disabled for one folder?
System Info:
Windows XP,
Athlon 1800
512MB RAM
Plenty o’ disk and scratch space
