You’ve got a third party plugin or TWAIN driver mis-installed.

Thanks Chris..wow that was fast!! Any trouble shooting methods I should do? I have re-installed 2 times all ready.

If you have third party plugins – look through them (or disable them).

If you have TWAIN or WIA drivers installed – remove, or reinstall them.
