I recently re-installed Photoshop 7, and when I try and save a jpg image from photoshop using the "save for web", the resulting image comes out much darker than the original. I can’t find any save for web level settings pertaining to this problem, and this never used to happen to me.

Thanks!

Jump to ImageReady instead, where you can adjust compression concurrent with making image adjustments. I use the platform previews and adjust Gamma to find a happy medium between display for Mac and display for Windows.

Look for a possible profile mismatch.

You may have to set them up again, now thet you re-installed. —

Maybe I should ask Radio Shack. They claim they’ve got answers; but frankly, if Radio Shack were our provider, we’d _really_ be in trouble now, wouldn’t we?
