Upgrade to CS4 fails – how to contact support

Hi

I am trying to upgrade from CS3 to CS4 in a Windows VISTA environment and the installation of Bridge and CS4 fails. The message is:

Adobe CMaps CS4
Error:
Error 1603. Error 1714.The older version of Adobe CMaps CS4 cannot be removed. Contact your technical support group.

It’s probably really simple but I can’t find how to email Customer Support.

Can anyone point me there?
