Photo shop Jpeg files

I am having trouble accessing some of my files. When I attempt to open it up it comes with an error – Unable to open Jpeg Marker not valid. This is only on some of the files not all, also the text is green in color instead of black. ??? Please help, as these are important files.

that usually means the files are damaged in some way. ps is very picky about damaged files. try a utility like ifranview or acdsee and see if you can get some of the info back. you may or may not. they may be damaged beyond repair. if you get something back, save them under a new name. then run a full repair scandisk on your hard drive.
