I cant start photoshop cs3

whenever I run ps cs3 it loads everything but after its done it just closes the window, I even tryed running it as administrator and it just says it closed because a problem caused it to stop working correctly, I meet all the requirements to run it and just some extra info:
Processors: AMD Phenom 9550 quad-processor 2.20ghz x4
Graphics Cards: Nvidia GeForce 9400 + Nvidia GeForce 8200 RAM: 5.225gb
OS: Windows Vista home edition (64 bit)

reset the preferences per the FAQ.

if you’re running with aero off, turn it on. if it’s on, try turning it off.

make sure you system default printer is a LOCAL printer, not networked.

Aero is turned on/off in the "Appearance settings" dialog under Personalization.

The default printer is set in the "Printers" dialog. (Duh!)

also did you try to reset the prefernces? what happened? did you get the reset prefs dialog or delete the file?

ok I tryed turning it off, it didnt work, and I tryed turning it back on, it didnt work, and I dont have a printer, I also tryed deleting the pref file, and it didnt work
