Problem starting Web Photo Gallery

I’m trying to use Elements 2′ Create Web Photo Gallery command but straight away I get an error dialog saying "There is no template photo to run web photo gallery". Any thoughts as to why? I’ve looked on Adobe support and the help file to no avail.

I’ve never seen that message.

Have you double checked the setup to ensure that the directory you are getting the photos from has pictures in it? Have you tried different source and destination folders? Do you get the error message before it lets you set the directories, colors, etc.? What happens after you get the message? Will it let you continue?
