photoshop will not install

everytime i try to install photoshop a popup comes up saying "SETUP HAS ENCOUNTERED AN ERROR AND CANNOT CONTINUE INTERNAL ERROR 2739" what can i do to fix this problem

turn off virus protection, try installing in safe mode, try installing on another system.

just one computer with vista OS. ..it was working once before but when i unstalled it and tried to reinstall it thats when the problems started
