I am using CS3 under Vista and am using a Wacom Intuos tablet.
For no reason I can think of, the crop tool has started only extending itself into a rectangular shape covering about a third of any image I use it on. In other words, it is impossible to extend its area to the extent I want within, or co-terminous with, the image boundary – it will only go so far across and so far down. This applies to any image, whatever its shape and size.
I can’t think of what might be causing this and would like to avoid a reinstall if I can.
