I’m stumbling around in PSE3, fairly good at correcting and resizing photographs, but there are two things which I’d like to change:
When I crop a photo the crop tool tends to run off the photo, which is annoying. PSE2 didn’t do this, and I tried the 30 day version of PSE4 and it didn’t either. Is there something I can do to prevent this?
The other thing is that in viewing my photo files I like to use the thumbnails, but the default is "List", so that each time I close a photograph and click "Open", the directory list comes up, so I have to click on "View Menu" and then click "Thumbnails". PSE2 would remain in Thumbnails mode and I’d like to know how I can have PSE3 do the same.
