Custom File Info panels not displaying in CS3

I have been using Custom File Info panels over several versions of Photoshop but they no longer seem to work in CS3. There has obviously been a tweak somewhere that I will need to adjust my coding for, but I have been unable to discover any documentation on it. Any clues hmmm?
