I am running photoshop cs3 on windows xp pro, and i am having an issue with opening two images at once in the same window. I have a project due this weekend regarding "merged images" and i need to be able to drag and drop between photos, but currently if i drag two photos into photoshop, it will only show one of them and only if i close that image will it show me the other one.
sorry for being a newbie…i’m sure this is a simple fix, i just cant figure it out.

OK, so seriously? I’m in the same boat and I need this to stop! I’m desparate enough to bite on:

"Keep pressing the F Key till it works"

Can you explain further when to use the F key please?

If you look at the bottom of the toolbox there is a section where you can determine the "Screen Mode". If you are not in Standard Screen Mode, you will only see the active image, however many you have open.

Pressing "F" cycles through the modes.
