For some reason I cannot change the painting cursor to show "Full size Brush Tip "It changes ok in Preferences but does not work when I use it,all I get is the cross hair,I have tried running the prog. again using the REPAIR option but I still get only the cross hair tool tip.Must I uninstal and start again?

Try trashing/resetting Preferences as per the FAQs. And make sure you are not hitting Caps Lock, because that can affect the cursor.

Thanks Ed.I had caps lock on.You feel so stupid when something as simple solves a problem.I have wasted the last hour on this.Thanks again.
