Camera Raw 3.1 Plug In. Install Where?

I downloaded this plug in and when I clicked on it E3 X, an old illustration program, wanted to opem up. Huh? Do I need to manually place the plug in a folder somewhere? It won’t go where it is supposed to go on it’s own. Thanks. Photoshop Elements 3.0, Mac G4, OS 10.4.

Take a look in your PSE3 folder … (Mine is in Applications)

PlugIns/File Formats

Just take out the old one and put in the new one …
