The most import file is your catalog; it contains the tag information. The default name is My Catalog.psa. Its default folder location on Windows XP is
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Adobe\Catalogs
It is in a Hidden Windows folder, so you need to be sure Folder Options is set to view hidden folders.
If you have any offline photos (CD icon superimposed on thumbnail in Photo Browser) and the photos are resident on a CD or DVD, post back because the Proxies for the Offline Files will probably need to be copied also.
