I am having a major problem with the Photoshop 5.0 that came with my scanner. All of the sudden anything I print from Photoshop is coming off the printer pink. I’ve cleaned all the print heads, replaced the cartridges, ran several test pages, then tried to print again. All of my test pages came out perfect….no pink. It’s only when I print from Photoshop. I have reset all my default settings, and even tried taking out the red/pink from the images before I print them. They still come out as faded, pink pictures. Any suggestions.
