Problem at installing PS CS3 Trial (Setup)

The following Error message Occurs when I open the Setup of PS CS3:

Installation cannot continue until the following applications are closed: – Internet Explorer
Please close the application(s) listed above and click "Try Again" to continue the installation. …

The problem now is, that i have not got any Internet Explorer opened.

If i try the reinstallation Setup of Dreamweaver, this Error message wont come up. So the problem lies only at the PS CS3 Setup

This is exactly the same problem I am having as well on my PC which runs Windows XP Pro. On my other PC which runs Windows Vista it wont install at all with no message warning poping up?
Any idea what to do?
