Problem Installing CS3 trial version.

Hey,
Just downloaded the trial version of Photoshop CS3 for Windows XP. I goto set-up but it says Internet Explorer must be closed before continuing. Problem is i have no Browsers open up at the time. I’ve restarted my computer, downloaded it again and i still have the same problem. Why does this happen?

restart in safe mode, then open task manager and look for any instances of iexplore.exe and click ‘end process’.
