Gold letters and logo like the Lindt chocolate logo?

I am sitting with a client who would like to have his logo made so it looks like gold letters. In the same way like Lindt Chocolate logo with the sparkling light. Can anyone give me an idea how I can make something like that? I have the complete Adobe Master Collection.
