CS3 will not load photo and Crashes(shuts down)

I have loaded CS3 and it will open ok. When I try and open a image it will bring up a Microsoft message and then just crash. I have reloaded CS3 and then removed it and reloaded it and it continues with the same problem.

I do not know what actions to take. I also cannot determine how to contact abobe because the help line goes to india and the level of knowledge cannot handle this problem.

What error/crash message do you get?
I’m also having crash problems with CS3….
somgthing like:
faulting module..kernel32.dll.

Hello,

I even downloaded it again but what ever is occurring it will not allow me to open an image in ps3 which makes ps3 useless. The error I get is "Adobe Photoshop has encountered a problem needs to close. Once I hit do not send, it close photoshop.
