I’ve decided to install Elements at my office (which is a Mac OS 9 environment) in addition to my home. However, at the office I can’t run the tutorials or the glossary. I get a message saying "Could not find help because there are certain files missing." Reinstalling Elements doesn’t help. However, I can run help by going into the program files and clicking on a file in the Help folder.
So my question is, Help!
