Color Efix Pro 2.0 IE Plugins

I Have PS CS3 and recently installed NIK Color Efix Pro 2.0 IE Plugins into the plugin folder for PS however I am getting an error that it will not load when launching PS; any advice?

Did you check if that software version is compatible with your version of Photoshop and your OS?
