Hi bought cs2 and now i’m upgrading to cs3
i’m looking for the best plugins , to buy it
that let me tune , change the colors , like blue ,orange and so on

wich is the best ?

Photoshop will do all that without plug-ins.

what john said! so instead of plugins, you should spend that money on a book like "photoshop cs3 classroom in a book" and learn how to do it. great reference!
