Since i´ve changed from windows to mac i have problems to create pictures without noise .The fotos come into the bridge as raw files. This occurs in all different kinds of images ,daylight pictures as well as minor light situations e.g. evening shots.
Has anybody got an idea what kind of changes there are to be made to proceed?

Erich,

There should be NO difference in the photos, regardless of platform. Noise is a factor of the original photo, generally ISO-related, or how far you are pushing the ACR sliders as you process your images.

But, I recommend that you describe the problem in further detail here: <http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop/cameraraw.htm>

Thanks.

Do you perhaps have ISO set arbitrarily high, or are you using some auto setting that drives to high ISO? In one of the noisy pix go to File/File Info in CS3 and see what ISO was set.

does this D200 .nef RAW file have noise at 100%?

Can you take a screenshot (Command+Shift+4 and drag detail area) and upload it?

(again at 100% actual pixels)
