Can photoshop 7 open cs3 files

Here is how I ressolved the problem go to C Programs Adobe folder and right click adobe Icon check windows 95 in the compatibility tab then go back and double click th program and it will open, close the progrem and go back to adobe folder to uncheck the the windows 95 checkbox in the compatibilities tab and it should open from there on out

And yes PS7 can open CS3 files I just did it again.

check windows 95 in the compatibility tab

Fortunately, most of us Mac users have not had to deal with Windows 95 issues! That said, you’re more than welcome to hang out here.

does not upgrade to CS3 before CS4 is announced,

Adobe have already PRE-announced that they intend to announce CS4 on 23rd September so the time available for PS7 users to stay on the up-grade track is getting very short!
