I am refering to the swirl of lines in the header image for "products and solutions". Here is the link:

This would be easiest in a vector program like Illustrator or Freehand.

Check out this guys downloads. His name is David Nagel and he releases goodies for all kinds of design apps, including shapes and brushes for Photoshop. He has at least 4 collections of ‘swirls’ like the one you are looking for. Just browse around on the site.
