I have tried everything I can think of to fix this and get PhotoShop running again. This just started yesterday. No new installs. I have repaired the permissions, thrown out the Preferences and run TechTool Pro. It still will not load. Anyone have a solution?

Put a tilde in front of the TWAINplugin so it reads ~TWAINplugin

do all your scanning outside of photoshop.

Thanks Buko. I did as you suggested and it works.

I am surprised, because I don’t have a scanner attached to my Mac. I do all my scanning with a PC. I found too many problems with the Epson scanner drives and OS X. It would crash my computer every time I tried to use it.

Thanks again.
