Hi. This is probably a total noob question but I haven’t done any serious PShop stuff in a while so I figured I’d just throw it out there.

I’m in CS2 and when I open any document, or even create a new one, in my Layers Palette, to the left of each layer is the "eye" icon. However, isn’t there also supposed to be a "link" icon as well which I can turn on or off – or did that get removed somehow?

I am on step "C" of this tutorial <http://www.melissaclifton.com/tutorial-popart.html> but having a strange time getting the desired results.

Everything looks good (or seemingly) until I hit step 2 part "a" on <http://www.melissaclifton.com/tutorial-popart2.html> – It’s not all turning red like she shows and I’ve read and re-read each step.

Any tips would be great and I’d be happy to put up my file somewhere to see what’s right or wrong w/ it.

Thanks again.

It changed in CS2.

Shift click to select contiguous layers, Command click to select non-contiguous layers. Click on the black triangle on the layers palette and select Link Layers.

… or you can click on the little "Links" icon at the bottom of the palette to do the same thing.
