frames missing in PS Elements 5.0

Hi,

Just upgraded to Photoshop Elements 5.0 from 2.0 to find that I can’t find the following frame effects in 5.0…
Wild Frame
Splatter Frame
Ripple Frame
Strokes Frame

Have these been removed?
If not, where can they be found?
