CS2 no print with preview

I seem to have lost the print with preview function with CS2. It was there I use it all the time. I can’t pinpoint exactly when it stopped working. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still no joy.
I am running CS2 on a Dual core 2.3 G5, OS 10.4.7, 2.5GB Ram.
