I was playing with sephia tone months ago and now my black and white (grayscale) looks all in that tone. My color swatch is the same way, no more true grayscale. Instead it is also displaying the sephia tone. I don’t know how to reset. Pls help.

Have you tried resetting the swatch palette or loading a different one (click on the triangle in the upper right corner of the palette)?

Yup, it resets to standard palette with about 20 grayscale colors in brownish (sephia??) tones, among other standard colors.

Also, I tried loading other palettes but I can’t tell whether it’s help or not. If I save it to jpg in grayscale, it is true black and white. So in photoshop grayscale on monitor is sephia but saved jpg is gray.

Brown or sepia grays on monitor is indicative of incorrect monitor calibration.
