I am trying to adjust my film output to compensate for the dot gain on our screen printing presses. I have a Harliquin RIP. Does anyone have an opinion on which is a better process, adjusting the files in photoshop or in the rip? I usually set my files up in illustrator with all of the custom printers marks. By using the settings in photoshop I would have to run all 4 color jobs through photoshop.
I am just looking for others that have done this and if it works or not.
