Just read the Camera Raw/Exposure pdf and actually realized a problem I’ve been having. I’ve always suspected digital should be to the over-exposed side, but filed it away for future noodling.
Question (possibly ignorant): If I convert from CR2 to DNG rather than going to Camera Raw with the CR2, will the article still apply? I would expect so, but bow to those who have gone before me.
I feel this is still on-topic because the pdf refers to Camera Raw, but I can see where it might be better in the DNG group. But I’m here and it’s way over there……..
