PSCS2 – How to control rounded rectangle tool?

I’m trying to use rounded rectangle tool the way it works in Illustrator. With
left mouse button pressed, you can control rectangle’s radius using up and down arrow keys. In PSCS2 it dooesn’t work and you have to specify radius before using the tool. Is there any way to control radius on the fly?

Don’t I wish. No. You have to set it first in the options bar, AFAIK.
